1.  How to Order?
PLEASE NOTE: We accept orders placed online through our web site only.
We are unable to take orders by telephone, fax or mail.
The first step in placing your order is to find the products that you want to purchase.
The way to find products is to browse the categories listed in the left navigation bar. Select a category that you want to browse and click on it in the left navigation bar. This will bring you to a page listing the sub-categories within this main category. Select the sub-category that you want to view and you will see a chart page that shows individual products. To view details for an individual product and a larger photo, click on its name or photo in the chart. You can move the mouse over the photo and it will show an enlargement in that area on the photo. To view a larger image, double click on the photo.
Once you find the item you want to purchase, you can add it to your shopping cart.
You can add products to your shopping cart directly on the chart page by entering the quantity that you want and clicking the ‘Add’ button under the product. You can add multiple items at one time in a chart by entering the quantity of each item in its individual box and clicking any ‘Add’ button on that page. You can also add an item to your shopping cart from the individual product page for that product.
Once an item is in your shopping cart, you can change the quantity of any item or remove an item from your cart before proceeding to checkout. If you want to remove an item, enter zero in the quantity box and click the ‘Update cart’ button at the bottom of your cart.
When all of the items you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart, you are ready to proceed to the order checkout process.
Click the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed. If any items in your shopping cart are not available, you will receive a message box telling you the quantity that we do have available to ship. You will then be returned to your cart. At this time you can change the quantity you are ordering in the box and click on the ‘Update’ box.
When you proceed to checkout, you will be in our secure order form, which has 5 steps.
 
Order Step 1
Fill out the Billing information. Please enter the billing address that is associated with the credit card that you will be using for payment. If the billing address does not match the information that you provided to your credit card company, your order cannot be processed. The shipping address may be different from the billing address.
Order Step 2
Fill out the shipping address. Where you would like your order sent.
Order Step 3
Enter your payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You will be asked for the card number, expiration date, and the 3- or 4-digit card ID on the back of your credit card. Please double check this information.
If you have any special shipping information that you would like to provide, use the ‘Shipping Instructions’ box.
Order Step 4
This will show your order total including the shipping charges.
Order Step 5
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click ‘Submit’ and an invoice of your order will appear. You can print the invoice for your records at this time. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order soon thereafter.
 
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards as payment. All orders must be placed through our website.
 
Do you have a catalog?
We do not offer a printed catalog because our website shows an up-to-date inventory of all items we offer. We update our website regularly to add new products, so you can view them immediately.
The most current information is online and we make every effort to keep our products in stock; however, there are some cases when an item goes out of stock. If something you are looking for is out of stock website, contact us, and we will let you know when stock is expected.
 
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We do not require a minimum order amount. We want you to shop for what you want, how much you want, and in whatever combination you desire. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us!
 
May I place an item on backorder?
We don’t accept backorders on our products at this time. In rare cases, we may be out of an item that you ordered, or we feel that a product is not up to our quality standards. In either case, we will contact you by phone or email to credit your account or refund you for those items.
 
Why can’t I find a product I have previously ordered?
Our online store lists all of the items that we have in stock and available for purchase. If we are out of an item and are able to re-order it, we will. Some products cannot be re-ordered because they are either discontinued or in limited supply.
 
Can I use your photos on my website?
We do not allow the use of our photos on other websites. Our photos are owned by LLB Findings and Chain for use on our website only. 
 
 
Will I be charged state sales tax?
If you live in the state of Louisiana we are required to charge sales tax at 4%.
