Shipping Information & Turn-Around Time
We want to set accurate processing and delivery expectations. We process orders Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, CST. We do everything we can to ensure that your order is processed and shipped within one to three business days from the day that you place your order. We ask that you do take into consideratin that orders could take a little longer during holiday seasons or due to other issues out of our control. We work very hard to ensure that this is rare and will not affect you. Please nother that we do not process orders on weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed between 12 pm CST Friday and 12 pm CST Monday will be shipped no earlier than Monday.
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
Shipping Method
We ship your order USPS Priority Mail. The estimated delivery time frame is 2-7 business days. Please note this is an estimate and not guaranteed. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us and we will assist you with locating your order. Business days refer to weekdays - Monday through Friday. U.S. legal holidays are not counted as business days.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from LLB Findings. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return products within 30 days of the order shipment date.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on cut wire, chain or partial returns on items packaged in bulk. If you return a partial quantity of an item for which you have received a volume pricing discount, your credit will be prorated for this item based on the quantity you kept.
Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise:
· Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. A product that is returned in a way this it cannot resold as is will be assessed a 15 percent restocking fee.
· Include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order.
· On the packing slip, circle or highlight the returned products and indicate the quantity you are returning.
· Package the products carefully for return shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you send your returns by insured US Mail, UPS or FedEx.

· When we receive your return, we will refund the credit card used on the order and confirm the return by e-mail.
